Winnits

Winnits are part of an incentive program to motivate Centennial students to be involved and work to their full potential. Students earn winnit stickers for accomplishments including: achieving over 90% in a subject, receiving top marks in a class, being on the honour roll, exhibiting positive attitudes and effort, showing improvement, and being involved in a sport or club.

Medallions

Medallions are medals given to students who exemplify PRIDE throughout their time at Centennial through excellence and participation. Students who have earned an average of ten winnits per year at Centennial are elligible for this honour when they graduate.

Please refer to this year's student handbook for a description of how the honour roll is calculated.

Graduation Awards

Grade 8 students are elligible for a number of awards based on their final year at Centennial. These awards are given to students who receive top marks in any given subject and who have regularly demonstrated PRIDE.

PRIDE Pack

Students who demonstrate PRIDE may recieve a slip from their teacher. This slip can then be placed in a bin for a chance to win a weekly prize from the guidance office.
